What to Wear at Lougborough
Our uniform at Loughborough is simple and practical. We understand that uniform needs to be suitable for active children and outdoor learning. We also consider the cost of pupils’ clothing.
Please see the listed below, the items of clothing that your child will need for school. If your child is not wearing the correct school uniform, we will send a reminder slip home; where appropriate we will provide suitable clothing for your child to wear in school and/or ask you to come in to school to help find a solution.

- Branded jumper/cardigan
- Branded white polo shirt (plain white optional)
- Grey/black trousers/shorts/skirt
- Navy and white gingham summer dress
- Black school shoes (not trainers) Velcro in EYFS & Year 1
- PE KIT
- Plain white tshirt
- Black shorts/leggins/joggers
- Trainers
- Loughborough branded backpack (optional for KS2) Children can bring in their own backpack
- Loughborough branded book bag (EYFS & KS1)
Jewellery
For safety, we ask that children do not wear jewellery to school. The only exception is earrings, where studs or small hoops that sit close to the lobe are permitted.
Shoes
Children should wear plain black school shoes, not trainers. Shoes should be secured with a strap or buckle rather than laces for children in EYFS.
